• Manage daily production scheduling of products based on specific regions of delivery.• Manage room supervisor and three-line leads to ensure production efficiencies are being met.• Set daily production goals based on product quantities are being met to ensure customerquality and on-time delivery of products are met.• Eliminate product waste through lean principles and ensure customer quality standards aremet.• Creating and developing Safety, Quality, and food sanitation standards and ensuring they are met.

• Manage 48 Exterior/Shipping and Pre-Finish employees • Creating 5s, Kanban visual inventory management processes, create employee training documents and employee’s yearly safety training. Create employee committees for 5s continuous improvement projects, safety management and auditing of facility safety codes. Standard work creation and sustaining process improvement processes. • Data collection of processes and implementation of process vetting for cost savings projects and capital machine procurement. Reviewing quarterly budgets, efficiency costs of production lines and job analysis to combine job duties to efficiently run departments lean. • Employee recruiting and interviewing. Employee onboard training, creating goals and succession plans for lead employees and their successors.

• Manage 32 Layup employees and 19 Trim-Saw Employees • Lean management creating basic problem solving root cause analysis 5 Why Analysis on safety, quality, cost and on time delivery of customer products, update SQDCIL goals daily, Creating SOP’s, Standard work instructions, TWI’s and Job instructions and 5S implementation.• Setting daily production goals; assist in production scheduling and cost savings initiatives for yearly budgets and new equipment.• Work with production manager on new employee recruiting, training and new employee orientations.

• Manage 42 employees on the production floor in various areas ensure proper staffing to meet production needs. • Audit and Manage dock employees picking customer orders to ensure customer needs are met. Ensure safe unloading and loading of products being removed from returning delivery trucks. Audit loaded trucks for accuracy to pick list that needs to deliver the next day.

• Supervise 24 employees, ensuring the quality standards are met for customer orders in the finishing department.• Conduct daily audits of employee paperwork for completeness and accuracy; ensure that employees complete daily safety audits as required.• Assist in scheduling weekly production and production goals.• Conduct new employees training, give weekly safety training to all employees and ensure all employee certifications are met. • Conduct employee reviews, counseling and Disciplining and complete weekly payroll for all employees.

• Shift Safety & Health Lead responsible for completing Tier I Inspections and Tier II Audits. Industrial Hygiene Support: Testing and Sampling to include; Noise, Nickel, Hexavalent Chromium, Cadmium, Air, Solvents (Alcohol, Acetone, MEK) ACE Lean Manufacturing Continuous Improvement: 6S Implementation PPE Assessments and New PPE Evaluation; Process Risk Assessments; Familiar with ISO 9001 Quality Management and ISO14001 Environmental.• Repair shop composite panel replacements, riveting, replacing fasteners, and repairs to Turbine Engines 9 years licensed Turbine Engine Mechanic, 17 years non-licensed General Aviation Quality control inspections.
