General Superintendent in charge of saw cutting, coring, Power Washing (small sites), and soft cutting (performed on new concrete slabs to prevent cracking). My responsibilities include scouting the jobsites in advance to assure they're ready to be saw cut, meeting with and/or coordinating with the sales department to make sure the job is ready for us to begin work, and scheduling my 3 crews to their assignments daily. I usually spend 60% of my day in the field checking on my crews, scouting the jobs, and taking care of any problems that might happen unexpectedly. The other 40% is spent scheduling and planning. This is a fun job and I enjoy the challenge.

At Slaton Brothers, my responsibilities included overseeing wall building operations and operating heavy equipment as needed to assist the crew in completing work. I-225 Fastracks, Meadows at Platte Valley, and numerous other jobs throughout the Denver Metro area and Colorado Springs.
