-Permian Basin: Lead a team to re-develop the San Andres using horizontal technology. Optimized completion design to enhance ultimate recovery and minimize WOR. Used rate transient analysis to determine reservoir boundaries of San Andres horizontals and applied learnings to future horizontal development. Evaluated Goldsmith waterflood and built development model to expand into primary producing areas of the field. Provided reservoir engineering and risk analysis to drive the development and cash flow of assets through active drilling and completions programs, field optimization and reserve bookings in the Devonian, Clearfork, Wichita-Albany, and San Andres.- East Texas Assets: - Led a technical team of engineers, geologist, landmen, and regulatory advisors to manage, plan and execute a recompletion development program of 70 wells providing a 100+% ROR. Oversaw 3 workover rigs and coordinated vendors to implement projects. Evaluated and divested Haynesville. Managed acquisition transition from Devon to Sheridan.- SCOOP: Responsible for exploitation and development in Sycamore, Hunton, Viola and Simpson. Horizontal redevelopment of the Sycamore horizon.- Fitts Waterflood: Completed surveillance, diagnostics and production optimization. Identified and executed down-spacing opportunities and conformance work. Executed a program of clean outs, zone isolations, and lift optimization.- Permian Basin: Responsible for new drill and recompletion justification and execution. Managed base production through lift optimization and reducing LOE.

Redevelop Wilcox formation in west Louisiana using horiztonal technology. Prepare reservoir justification for new drills and recompletion work. Responsible for reservoir management and surveillance of all wells in the South Bearhead Creek, North Coward's Gully, West Gordon, & Bear fields.

Worked on a mult-disciplinary team to identify and develop seismic and well based prospects in Vicksburg reservoirs in South Texas. Responsible for reservoir justification for new drills and recompletion workovers. Reservoir analysis of Javelina field for Ryder Scott reserves review.

Worked in Liberal, KS field office from July 2008 to August 2009 to identify and implement production and enhacement opportunities in southwest Kansas and the Oklahoma panhandle. Worked in Houston, TX office beginning in August 2009. Responsible for arificial lift design (rod-pump, ESP, plunger, PCP), salt water disposal projects, stimulation design (fracs & acid jobs), lift revision, workover justification, wrote procedures. Responsible for formal mentorship of two new hires and one summer intern.
