 Manage a team of sales members to maintain maximum efficiency and proper upgrade ratios while processing 2,000+ vehicle rentals per day Motivate counter employees, facilitate sales, set sales goalsand contests for counter employees Perform Sales Observations on a weekly basis to ensure proper procedures and techniques are being followed  Ensure we had the proper fleet mix for current and following day reservations Assist with customer issues and work for a win-win solution

Started in the warehouse, ordering equipment and material. Over my 8 years here, I worked my way through sales, the office and into management ending at General Manager. I managed a team of 20+ team members of field technicians and office staff. I oversaw day to day operations including but not limited to inventory, sales, installers and service techs, customer relations, quality control.
