• Collaborate with Internal Audit leadership team to develop annual audit plan• Reporting to the Audit and Conduct Review Committee results of audit engagements completed in previous quarter• Delivery of internal audit responsibilities including executing and managing a portfolio or assurance, consulting and other value-add engagements • Lead real-time assessments of key projects and initiatives with the intention to provide more timely assurance than traditional audit engagements • Contribute to the development of peers by providing direction and coaching to six direct reports• Responsible for developing and implementing department strategic initiatives specific to: o implement a ‘digital-first’ internal audit department though advanced use of technology in conducting engagements and conducting data enabled and informed engagements through the use of data analytics and robotics; and o strengthening organizations risk management through increased collaboration with 1st and 2nd Lines of Defence

Role of Director, Internal Audit for 6 BC based Credit Unions. Performed the following functions within each financial institution: o Development and presentation of annual Audit Plans, Inherent Risk Assessment, Budgets, Internal Audit Charters and Mandates to the Audit Committee and Executive Management; o Reporting to the Audit Committee quarterly on the activities of the Internal Audit function as well as any changes identified to the organization’s risk profile; and o Reporting to Executive Management and Audit Committee on the status of internal controls and risk management within the organization• Oversight of audit process for individual internal audit engagements across PRA Canada client base• Development and execution of audit programs to test specific controls related to financial, information systems, compliance, and operational audits• Completion of annual Quality Assurance Review of PRA Canada to ensure adherence to IIA Standards

• Completion of regulatory oversight reviews of British Columbia based Credit Unions and Trust companies on behalf of BCFSA • Consulting engagements specific to evaluating design of operational controls and effectiveness related to banking systems conversion • Development of Process, Control and Risk matrices related to various corporate functions for companies listed on the TSX
