Function as the Resident Engineer and Administrative Contracting Officer (ACO) for the Fort Campbell Resident Office (USACE - Louisville District).

Function as Contracting Officer Representative (COR) and Project Engineer for assigned contracts. Exercise COR authority within the limits of authority. Provide timely, quality products and services in conformance with corporate expectations while also focusing on stakeholder satisfaction. Review and approve baseline schedules, monthly updates, and time-impact analyses. Ensure the quality terms of the project are achieved in the execution of construction contracts. Execute a construction & workplace safety program that complies with USACE EM 385-1-1 and OSHA standards.
