Hi, I am a UX/UI designer with a background in digital marketing and SEO.At Mission Ready HQ, I learnt agile practices, the fundamentals of user experience and interface design and gained hands-on experience in empathetic problem-solving. From user research, journey mapping, design thinking methods to wireframing, prototyping and usability testing, I thoroughly enjoyed the transition into the UX world and looking to meet and work with other agile practitioners.Collaborating with squad members, engaging project management best practices helped me deliver results on a weekly basis with good feedback from my UX mentor - Seann Lautner.My previous experience in customer service/sales enabled me to view user problems from a personal perspective, and my digital marketing experience helped me see the business objectives clearer and striking the balance.
