I joined Kortext as employee 16 in 2016 and left in 2022 with them established as the UK's leading HE learning and content platform and 225 staff. As a member of the SMT I led a cross functional Department setting up an managing commercial agreements with 6,000+ academic publisher imprints. Also responsible for Kortext's international reseller partnerships with Microsoft and Samsung, and local resellers in Africa, Continental Europe and the Middle East. Co-developed Kortext's pricing and supply chain strategies, and created complex supplier reporting systems.

Coutts (now part of Proquest) supplied universities, colleges, local government, hospitals and companies with print and digital books. Led the UK sales team, marketing function and tender team. As a member of the SMT I worked closely across operations, finance and product to grow Coutts sales and market position from second to first place in the UK market based on market share and framework agreement results.

Ferndown & Poole

Dealer Principal of Page's manufacture endorsed Volvo showroom and satellite service centre, and Director of their non franchised used car centre. Responsible for new and used sales, servicing, parts and F&I sales achievements. Led a team of 46.
