EIC Shutdown Lead

• Conduct site surveillance of the EPC across all disciplines• Implementation of Company’s Safety and Environmental (S&E) Management Plan• Interface with Asset Owners and Area Authorities to ensure Contractor’s uninterrupted access to the planned work areas• Verify Contractor’s effective implementation and compliance with Company’s Permit To Work system• Review Contractor’s safe work method statements for all construction activities to ensure the work plan delivers on Company expectations• Review and update project schedules to forecast task duration's with respect to completion time • Verification of Contractor’s work completed in accordance with the scope and contractual obligations• Validate the accuracy and adequacy of Contractor time sheets daily • Facilitate meetings amongst key Stakeholders• Attend 30%, 70% and 90% design reviews • Add input into the FEL documents• Review construction estimates and challenge cost effectiveness

• Participate in the development and implementation of construction team manning, communication, contracting, change control, and in country logistics plans, manages time, equipment and resources effectively• Tracking project progress and report slippage to the Project Superintendent• Monitoring and assuring quality of construction work under my control• Encouraging ideas, schedule and cost reduction contributions from the Contractor• Conducting surveillance of contractor Instrument & Electrical installations• Confirming Contractor installed equipment and materials comply with the relevant statutory requirement or company procedures• Ensuring non-conformance's, delays and technical queries are recorded in the appropriate OSL system and are managed to minimise cost and schedule creep• Ensuring the Contractor's are competent and working safely in accordance with OSL standards, maintaining zero harm work practices in accordance with OSL standards• Ensuring surveillance on design data, Hazardous Area Compliance (HAC) sheets and Field Inspection Reports (FIR) to ensure compliance with Project Specifications and Standards

• Identification of EEHA defects, complete inquiry into obsolescence and prepare justification for replacements.• Procurement of I&E equipment and associated apparatus including consulting with vendors/manufacturer.• Performing surveillance on design data, Hazardous Area Compliance (HAC) sheets and Field Inspection Reports (FIR) to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.• Preparing Work Scopes, Safe Work Methodologies and Supervision of remediation works.• Undertake Production Schedule reviews and interface coordination to plan shutdown activities.• Over-seeing mechanical completion, pre-commissioning, facilitating walk downs and system hand over to the production team.• Coordinate the progressive compilation of documentation for the EEHA dossier, conducting I.S Calculations, Simple Device Assessments, and obtaining CAD’s for foreign certified equipment. • As Building of relevant documentation with red line mark-ups and uploading the document control system.

• Assistance with the preparation and assembly of test packs for the field • Reviewing, collating and completing inspection reports, inspection and test check sheets and test records for inclusion into the Project Data book to support the engineering team on site• Attending hold and witness point inspections in conjunction with the project engineers and authorising their release as required• Reviewing inspection reports test records and the like, to ensure any actions are carried out as per specification and to the relevant IEC 60079-14 & IEC 60079-17 standards• Identifying and reporting quality systems problems and solutions to the site manager• Auditing EEHA Detailed Inspections, Vendor documentation and the like• Collating test documentation for the dossier• Technical and logistic support to the project
