About Jason Berman

I have over 10 years of experience working in political compliance, including helping to build a program from the ground up. I love to constantly explore ways to innovate and gather data to improve our program's efficiency. This includes embracing new technology and attending seminars and conferences. Also, I believe a five minute phone call is always better than ten emails. I have managed a remote team of very different social styles and personalities and found that it helped me communicate better, be more inclusive, and learn how to be successful at virtual teaming. I believe I will never be done learning.When I am not working I am mostly playing with my son, daughter and dog. When I am not doing that, I am avidly following my fantasy basketball, football and baseball teams or making an epic family movie on Final Cut Pro.
