As General Manager, I oversee day-to-day operations of 4 self storage facilities and a commercial warehouse. Responsible for training individual facility managers, Human Resources functions, payroll submission, and compliance. Project management of renovations and new storage building construction, including obtaining bids, permits, and meetings with various city officials.

Daily operations of the largest storage facility in Joplin, Missouri. My duties included: opening, bank deposits, facility maintenance, leasing, collections, and closing process. In depth knowledge of Missouri self storage lien laws and lien sale process.

Responsible for 2nd shift Receiving container unloading/warehousing of palletized product.
