CurrentCreate a sustainable competitive advantage for the Group by effectively planning and managing all sector-wide information systems activities as defined with Sector Management.Support the Business Units by providing oversight and guidance for application development, infrastructure, ERP processes, and e-commerce activities.Drive simplification across Marmon Water, Inc. including process improvements and applying best in class methodologies to drive discipline in IT, optimizing both software and hardware solutions to reduce variability across the businesses in the sector.Assess current IT organization and demonstrate ability to design an organizational structure that supports the business’ growth and simplification strategy and information technology needs, including talent development, continually evaluating and improving the depth and breadth of IT capability across the organizationsBuild effective relationships across the business, acting as a consultant to define and support the business case for new IT solutions. Partner with leaders to support efficient and cost-effective business operations using IT solutionsManage and champion Cybersecurity and align strategies with Corporate policies.Actively manage IT Vendor Relationships, in partnership with Marmon Holdings, Inc. IT Department and leveraging Berkshire Hathaway / Marmon Holdings for competitive services and costs.Plan and execute against detailed project plans & KPIs, with key milestones, timetables, financial investment and systems metrics (primary focus on North America & Europe) including oversight of ERP conversions, transitioning from legacy systems to a packaged ERP solution with minimal business disruption.Marmon Water is a $650 Million dollar company comprised of 22 business units located in 12 countries with over 1,500 employees.
