Jason Blake is a Development Manager at Frasers Property who is responsible for the development of standalone and mixed use development opportunities. Working across both the retail and residential aspects of the business, Jason has a diverse background in property and construction but is particularly experienced in the design and development of super neighbourhood shopping centres.Since joining the Frasers Property development team, Jason has worked on projects in Victoria, Western Australia and Sydney, and has a particular interest in destination and experienced based retail centres as well as cutting edge residential apartments and medium density townhouses. With a desire for innovation in the design, sustainability and digital fields, Jason has recently delivered the Burwood Brickworks Shopping Centre which is targeted to achieve the title of 'The World's Most Sustainable Retail Centre'. Jason is currently working on the Burwood Brickworks Apartments - Buildings 1 to 4, comprising 267 apartments and a retail tenancy, spread across 4 buildings and supported by a 2 level basement. Jason holds a Bachelor of Civil engineering, a Bachelor of Commerce and a Masters in Property, and has a strong background in development, delivery and stakeholder management on large and medium scale projects within the retail, commercial and residential sectors of the market. As the Senior Project Manager for Frasers Property I'm charged with providing specialist construction development advice and facilitate the delivery of Frasers Property numerous retail and residential developments across Australia.

Key role and responsibility is to managed the design and delivery phases of Victoria based Coles supermarket refurbishments and new builds. Multi faceted, dynamic property construction role involving multi stakeholders and operating within a large organisation governed by the expectations of retail.Completed projects include:- 4 x New Stores (Lara, Reservoir, Hamilton & Collingwood)- 6 x Refurbishments of Existing, Operating Stores incl Melbourne Central
