 Initiate customer contact.  Determine the needs and/or wants of the customer. Place the customer on the appropriate unit. Work with sales and business managers to close the sale.  Prepare and deliver the unit after the sale.  Skills necessary include strong communication skills, the ability to have the necessary product knowledge in order to place the customer on the correct unit for their needs. A strong ability to close a customer after selecting the appropriate unit.

Chesterfield, Missouri

 Facilitate the production of the store. This includes chemical management, quality control of car washes and various lot management duties. Training and coaching a small group of Team Leaders as well as new Line Employees. Work directly with management to ensure smooth operation. This includes changes in labor needs and store maintenance and upkeep.  Provide performance reviews of fellow Team Leaders.
