I am the team leader/Project Manager for the GGR Training Ltd contract to deploy CAX Operators into NATO Collective Training Exercises at the Joint Warfare Centre (JWC) in Norway.The team of between 5 and 25 strong per event will conduct roles in the EXCON Response Cells operating the simulation in coordination with the respective cell's Battle Captain or equivalent military counterpart. The GGR Training team will work in hand with JWC's resident CAX capability.Our team will have a strong background in collective simulation operation and a strong understanding of military operations and procedures. Many of the team will have a military career background.

NATO ETEE FS COTS Trial Technical Consultant - "Provide technical support through contracted services to the JWC ET&I Directorate Trial Director for ETEE FS." In 2018, as part of NATO ACT's investigation into viable COTS (Commercial Off-The-Shelf) solutions for NATO's ETEE FS domain, ACT sponsored tasking conducted a trial against a selected commercial product known to be mature in nature and operating in the same space as NATO's existing ETEE Functional Services.As Technical consultant to the Trial Director, the role brought to the Trial Management Team specific IT technical skills, a good understanding of user requirement management and business analysis and combined with an in-depth knowledge of NATO's collective training methods, FSs and processes.The trial was conducted to serve both NATO's JFTC in Bydgoszcz and NATO's JWC Stavanger.

NATO Allied Land Command (LANDCOM) conducted their Battle Staff Training (BST) at the Joint Warfare Centre (JWC), Stavanger in October and November 2017. Loyal LANCE 2017 LOLE17 was the preparatory event for LANDCOM's staff leading into Trident Javelin 2017.The BST was conducted as a CAX supported event with JTLS as the employed simulation model.As CAX Chief to LANDCOM G7, I carried out the controlling and coordination role for the CAX and the respective environment including the control responsibility for the running of the simulation, the directing of the CAX supporting staff elements and the coordination between LANDCOM G7 SITCEN and JWC CAX.
