Currently managing 40 plus employees across four dairy farms and 2,000 acres of farm land in California's central valley. I have five years experience in management; two years as an assistant and three years as an operations manager. Upon graduating from Cal Poly- San Luis Obispo, I started as an Assistant Manager at a dairy farm in Hilmar, Ca. Wanting to grow and be more challenged, I then started managing a Jose Matos Dairy Farm in Merced, Ca. Jose Matos Dairy has grown exponentially in the last three years under my management. California Dairy Farms, another entity, was born which I am also the operations manager for the company. Since my starting date in January of 2015 the companies have ballooned from one dairy farm to four dairy farms, nine employees to close to 50 employees and rising, and to over 2,000 acres of farm land. Even though the companies have grown, it is still run as a family business and it is my duty to wear many hats within the company. Aside from managing my other responsibilities include human resources, administrative duties, and safety. I also can speak English, Portuguese and Spanish fluently.
