Serve as Head Coach for Tampa Bay Aquatics, strategically leading teams and transforming program into the most successful program within the state of Florida. Tampa Bay Aquatics is a Silver Excellence Award Winner and is ranked among the top teams within the country for multiple years. In 2008, accepted greater responsibility for managing head coaching initiatives for prep school, coaching high school varsity and junior varsity teams. Hold concurrent responsibility for managing a strong team of seven highly qualified assistant coaches to further develop program and capitalize on both academic and athletic talent. Play integral role in producing highly sought after candidates, achieving numerous national and international awards. ➢ Coached and mentored prep school students, assisting them in receiving acceptance to numerous colleges of their choice.➢ Significantly expanded the swim program to six different practice groups, focusing on the unique needs of each individual.➢ Successfully grew membership from 300 to over 750 to capitalize on program impact. ➢ Led team in receiving over 300 medals, 12 state medalists, over 100 state qualifies, and a plethora of school records.

Serve as Head Coach of Tampa Preparatory School’s Swim and Dive Team, which has reached record achievements, including High School State, Champions, Medalists, 4 Hillsborough County Swimmers of the Year, District Championships in 2009, 2010 and 2011, Regional Championships in 2010 and 2011, Top 5 at States in 2010 and 2011, and over 16 All-American recognitions. In addition to TBAY and Tampa Prep team accomplishments, Jason has achieved personal recognition as the 2010 & 2011 Hillsborough Girls Swim Coach of the Year. Successfully trained on one of the top competitive swim program in the world, which developed 11 Olympic athletes winning over 49 medals and 48 world records. Held accountable for assisting National Team Coach, training the elements of elite swimming and dry land training. Strengthened coaching expertise through mentorship from highly qualified Head Coaches, Stephens, Armstrong and Yetter. Performed an array of daily tasks, coaching for the Gold Group, directing 11 and 12, and 10 and under, as well as an introduction group.➢ Successfully coordinated and executed weekly Stroke Clinics for NBAC.➢ Supported in the logistics of the development and management of NBAC Summer Swim Camp, ensuring adherence to established objectives.➢ Won USA Spring Nationals for the 2nd straight year in March 2007.
