At Lonza, my responsibilities include new business development and sales within the Pharma Contract Manufacturing Organization. For the past 4 years I have been focused on the development and implementation of Lonza's business strategy regarding the manufacture of Antibody Drug Conjugates (ADCs). ADCs have seen significant growth in recent years as targeted therapies for application in novel cancer treatments. Lonza has been a pioneer in the development and manufacture of ADCs for use in clinical trials and commercial markets. My responsibilities include business strategy, contract negotiation, marketing and communication plans, technical and business support for our global sales team, as well as serving as the liaison for our global sales force with our manufacturing and operational teams in Switzerland.

My responsibilities included new business development, project management, and customer relationship development with North America based Pharma and Biopharma customers.
