Defined an approach and strategy to facilitating organizational change management for 34 distribution facilities and HQ teams, impacting approximately 20,000 team members over the projected 7 year duration of the project.Developed requirements strategy for Manhattan Labor Management and the implementation of Engineered Labor Standards which is projected to drive 10% cost savings through process and productivity improvement. This included defining an approach to interfaces with PeopleSoft and Kronos products and building strong partnerships with those teams.Facilitated a multi-day working session, for a $350 million supply chain project, aimed at aligning multiple workstreams, defining an integrated approach to moving from strategy to execution and identified gaps in the project plan.Built a coexistence strategy to provide visibility and a streamlined intake process for intersecting Supply Chain and Multi-channel projects to mitigate risk and ensure a smooth go-live for the project.

Led a team of Target, JDA Software and Accenture training developers and consultants in the development of more than 70 training courses, consisting of instructor led sessions, e-learning modules and staged training environments to support the deployment of SAP, JDA and other key systems and associated business processes to enable the startup of Business Intelligence, Finance, Marketing, Merchandising and Supply Chain capabilities for Target’s first international expansion into Canada.Developed team processes and operational cadences including team and business partner meetings, individual statuses and standardized deliverable tracking to ensure that developers established and maintain strong partnerships, communication and the ability to report progress at both individual course, capability and program levels.
