•Perform tests/assays on vaccines including: MMR / Varicella potency, identity, and stability testing.•Plan and perform testing on raw materials, culture media, production intermediates, manufactured bulks, and finished products in compliance with standard GMP procedures.•Operate BioMech® 3000 (lab automation workstation) used to dilute and test vaccine potency.•Operate automated staining & counting machine used to finalize and interpret test results. •Maintain complete records of testing conducted and record test observations using microscope. Using approved statistical methods: read, record, review, and calculate test results.•Perform computer analysis and enter test data into appropriate system (LIMS, LVVS, Excel).

•Perform tests/assays including vaccine potency testing and tissue culture-cell line maintenance.•Evaluate microscopically or macroscopically vaccine plaque formation and cytopathic effect of test fluids in tissue culture and serological tests. •Collaborate with stock seed characterization and upstream potency yields to establish optimal peak harvest through lab scale growth curves under manufacturing settings. •Increase upstream potency yields by supporting virologist in implementing Varicella Flow-Cytometry Antigen Expression Assay (VFAE - Guava ®) within manufacturing department. •Participate among team members for 5S lab audits involving ergonomic, safety, standardization improvements. Train newly hired personnel. GMP Trained.
