• Designed and implemented the plant’s Mission Control Room, a concept unique to the industry, in which all aspects of plant operations can be controlled and managed from one central location.
• Implemented Dell VxRail technology to host Arglass’ virtual machine environment, and enterprise applications which included Ignition, an MES system, the plant access control system, and 70-camera plant-wide CCTV system.

• Deployed IT systems, including SAP S4Hana, Manufacturing Execution Systems (Siemens), TeamCenter, Salesforce, and associated integrations, to run the manufacturing operation which successfully began operation in 2018.
