Frontline Focus is a market research firm, specializing in mystery shopping in global markets. Created a module for their main shopper scheduling and data acquisition system to facilitate the translation of the shopper forms, and interface into a multitude of languages, such as Bahasa, Simplified Chinese, Norwegian, etc. Currently used in 95 countries worldwide. Wrote a multipart module to facilitate updating scheduling variables and parameters for each client and country. Maintained and updated several legacy applications which are now used on a daily basis. Trained new employees on performing various tasks within the organization.

Responsible for three main tasks: First, development of a database containing global repair partner qualifications in MS SQL, and a web interface to manage it in the .NET environment. Completed entirely independently from scratch, with only specifications and requirements from the manager. This database is currently being used in Canada, Germany and Singapore. Second, performed liquid damage recovery experimentation and analysis on BlackBerry phones, which involved introducing liquid contaminants onto phones, running them in an accelerated life chamber with an automated stressing regiment, and performing root cause analysis after individual failures. Third, carried out a weekly audit of global repair partners, looking at trends in device failures and successful repairs, drawing on SAP data. This analysis was then used to guide decisions in regards to repair partner improvement programs.
