- Worked on several client projects, each with various goals and end points. - Generated reports and slide decks for the client, and also presented the slide decks to the client in person/over the phone. Assisted the project manager in most client communication, including weekly updates. - Lead my own project focusing on the different susceptibilities lung cancer subtypes displayed when co-cultured with NK (Natural Killer) Cells. This work was accepted for a poster presentation at the SITC Conference in 2019.- Created and taught a basic Flow Cytometry course to students at Middlesex Community College and Worcester State University. I organized and created the content for both lectures and several labs. - Attended the SITC Conference in November, 2018 to present our poster titled "Multiplexed Biomarker Quantification to Assay and Characterize T-cell Activation"

- Maintained cell growth of numerous cell lines- Worked on internal projects which focused towards immune cell activation (T cells, NK cells, Macrophages). End points included ELISA and Luminex on several soluble biomarkers, as well as the expression of cell-surface biomarkers via flow cytometry.- Generated 3 different posters (Shown below) with the team, which were accepted to 3 different research conferences

Department of Biology, General GeneticsAttended lecture and weekly meetings to talk about the structure of the class taught by Dr. Markstein and edit assignments/exams. Also graded research assignments, homework problem sets, and exams. Held my own office hours where students could ask questions about material in lecture, on the problem sets or exams. Proctored the exams as well.

Camp Counselor during the summers of 2014, 2015, and 2016 (volunteered in the summers of 2011 and 2012). Interacted with elementary school-aged kids by playing various games with them. Interacted with their parents/guardians as well. In 2016, was promoted to Unit Leader which put me in charge of 25+ kids, 3 staff, and 1 volunteer. This position allowed me to create the schedule for the week as well as contacting the parents/guardians directly if there were any outstanding circumstances.
