Deliver end-to-end digital capabilities for customers to apply and manage their mortgage application.

• Led a team of process strategists focused on optimizing our interactions with Customers through documents. • Key achievements include vendor management collaboration to renegotiate print and postage fees with an annualized savings of ~$2M. Contemporized the delivery of appraisals, leveraging digital solutions for an annualized savings of ~$1M. Improved data batching processes, an annualized operational cost save of ~$300k.

• Led and developed a successful and diverse Home Equity Operations team, with a laser focus on Performance Management to deliver organization leading production and quality. • Developed a leadership culture that practiced sound judgment to preserve performance and professional standards, as well as the Firm’s integrity, reputation, brand, and image. • Developed strategic capacity and contingency models to hire and deploy staff in accordance with volume projections.

• Led an organization of 85 QC Analysts and 10 direct report Supervisors, performing an underwrite quality review and final approval aligned with Internal, Investor, and Regulatory compliance. • Oversaw all daily operations, including: monitoring internal control standards and maintaining sound relationships with Federal & Investor Officials as a means of risk mitigation and performance optimization with satisfactory compliance supporting a national network of ~800 underwriters.
