Having generated 15% - 40% cost reductions in multiple purchasing areas, especially when working with 1000+ asset fleets and multi-million-dollar maintenance programs also helps build up my happy place. It started with a Journeymen Heavy Duty Truck and Transport certificate, worked its way through multiply leadership training courses; Foundations of Leadership, Supervisory Boot Camp, Communicating Effectively, Conflict Management and Resolution. I enjoyed getting my Six Sigma Green Belt to help in figuring out some lean processes, learning from Supply Chain Canada about Transportation and Procurement practices, (I will get my SMT designation one day) but first I will finish working through my Maintenance Management Professional designation through PEMAC.
