As a Career Advisor at the National University of Singapore, my career motivation stems from assisting and inspiring students to identify and secure career opportunities. This is done through activities like recruitment talks, career clinics and personalised advice on job search strategies. Working together with a team of capable colleagues, company HR stakeholders, and outstanding mentors, we also advice students on resume writing, interview preparation, career exploration and networking.Having built experience across various industries - aviation services, banking, IT, and manpower recruitment, my skillsets are in account management, business development, and training.Graduated as an engineering student, the rigorous training enabled me to analyze situations critically and make data driven decisions. Previously, I've managed an ops team in a recruitment firm to successfully place over 600 WP holders in 2019 and 800+ workers in 2020. Aside to that, I've also established professional relationships with a portfolio of 30+ APAC enterprise clients while working as a Customer Experience Manager at an American software company.
