I have a strong background in equipment maintenance, inventory control, and process improvement, and I enjoy collaborating with my team and other departments to deliver high-quality products and services to our clients.I oversee the maintenance and repair of various printing machines, such as the Sato CS-9018 and the Nexgen 2000 shrink wrap, and I am proficient in performing tasks such as blade adjustment, belt replacement, wire and heat core replacement, and troubleshooting. I also manage the inventory of supplies and materials, using Netsuite to track and update the stock levels, conduct cycle counts, and generate reports. Additionally, I am involved in implementing and monitoring process improvement initiatives, such as lean manufacturing, waste reduction, and quality control, to enhance the productivity and profitability of the facility.
