HMV is a single family office real estate investment/development firm with over 30 years of extensive experience in the real estate investment, mortgage financing, and land development with an emphasis on large scale land assemblage and programmatic design of unique mixed-use projects. In 2003, HMV began acquiring parcels for a development project at the corner of First and Mission Streets in San Francisco and acquired 7 parcels of land from 5 separate owners. A 915’ office building tower and a second 640’ hotel and hotel-branded residential tower was proposed. These two towers, totaling 2.4 Million SF, ultimately received entitlement approvals and is currently being built by the Oceanwide Group.
