- Apply business knowledge to system processes and manipulation of data to ensure successful transactions through the system.- Participate in design, policy and procedure development.- Make necessary enhancements to add or maintain functionality of the application.- Install new components and configure application settings.- Responsible for New York State Medicaid build and workflow changes- Functions as a liaison between IT department and end-users to resolve functional and technical system issues.- Interact daily with end users to promptly resolve issues, improve satisfaction and collect feedback for future enhancements.- Troubleshoot and provide clinical information system support and training to users throughout the organization.- Assist in design, implementation, provision and evaluation of new clinical system enhancements.- Provide staff support during Go-live, Post-live and major system upgrades- Participate in the development of training manuals for end-users pertaining to new system functionalities and upgrades.

Essential Job Functions:Supervise data entry staff, performing data driven supervision to assess performance.Monitor funder reporting deadlines for program managers and facilitate timely submission. Oversee data collection/entry processes to ensure that requirements are being met and that data are accurate and complete.Assist with the creation of databases, spreadsheets, and other software tools.Perform data quality assurance and cleaning routinely, in accordance with policies and procedures. Extract and upload data to government funders as needed. Administer AIRS databases updates.Creates and maintains agency databases, spreadsheets, and other software tools.Become expert on specifications of required and internally mandated data. Produce routine reports and ad hoc queries assessing data quality and performance statistics as requested.Support program managers, senior management, evaluators, and executive management in outcome analyses and reporting.Assist with the preparation of data needed for requests for proposals/applications.Assist program managers with data collection forms development.
