Evike is very much of a customer oriented experience. As a specialty store, every customer has a unique set of needs and requires separate, individual products to meet those needs. I worked closely with customers to find the specific products that they needed and also to provide knowledgeable recommendations and suggestions for products to enhance their experiences.

As a program manager, I was responsible for overseeing an entire program area of the camp including training staff, dealing with camper issues and coordinating events in my program area. My tasks involved scheduling campers into the correct classes, coordinating with instructors to ensure they had all necessary materials, and ensuring camper safety during all activities.In addition to my program area, I was responsible for managing a group of camper cabins. This included working with cabin counselors to resolve any camper issues, overseeing campers and counselors throughout daily activities, all while ensuring the safety of the campers and counselors.

Lived with, mentored and managed a cabin of 10-12 boys for two weeks at a time. I had cabins of boys ranging from 6-12 years of age.I also coached a team of campers in competition involving a wide number or sports every day while camp was in session.After my second summer there, I was asked to join the counselor leadership team responsible for mentoring fellow counselors while also making sure kids were getting the best possible experience.
