Began working for AirTran Airways in 2002, transitioned to Southwest during Southwest's acquisition of AirTran in 2011. As a field tech I managed heavy travel schedule, often working during non-standard business hours with limited support. This requires strong skills in specialized hardware relating to airline ticketing and operations as well as maintenance and reservations systems. Accustomed to working and managing in sensitive security environments with restrictive time frames while maintaining 100% operational reliability.Entered leadership in early 2012 upon promotion to Atlanta field services supervisor. During this time I have hired and built several teams as well as coached and promoted several of our top technology employees and leaders.Currently serving as Supervisor of Southwest's Atlanta (ATL)and Nashville's (BNA) Field services teams, managing technology for most of the southeast including multiple airports in FL,GA,TN,VA,NC,SC,MS and IN.
