Manage a small team provide support in a variety of industries from Aged Care management Facilities to Community Youth Groups including General Industrial companies.Provide continuity of support and client ITC engagement across multiple sites for large, extended businesses.Maintain internal administrative procedures in accordance with company policy including WIP documentation, internal wiki and reporting.Work with the technical team to organise and streamline multi team member projects. Design and build ITC systems for new or upgrading businesses.Inventory, analyse, and implement improvements to current ITC systems.Implement ITC solutions commensurate with a client’s current and future financial and operational goals.Develop and migrate virtual systems.Perform primary data recovery from failing drives, damaged RAID arrays and encryption events.
