- Developing the professional and soft skills of talent within the firm through customised programs- Project and program management of flagship development programs- Increasing the scalability and efficiency of programs delivered- 1:1 Executive Coaching- Delivery of individual and team psychometric debrief sessions- Streamlining existing coaching processes

Providing both trading and operational support across Fixed Income as well as Foreign Exchange trading- Confirmation of all Fixed Income trades (to include G10 Rates, EM, Credit, Asia-Pac, IRS, CDS, XCCY and FX) in a timely manner- Daily check and sign off of management reports - Assisting the traders to enter trades into our trading system- Ensure that correct currency trades have been executed to fund/hedge purchases and maturities- Set up and authenticate swaps using Calypso- Confirmation and affirmation of swaps using MarkitServ, DTCC and VCON (Bloomberg)- Point person for reconciliation of European futures (whilst also proving support with Asia-Pac and US futures)- Point person for dissemination and reporting of all European Fixed Income primary issuance- Daily review of Repo positions to ensure they are rolled/unwound in a timely manner- Supervision of junior staff on the desk

- Full responsibility for servicing the London office's European client morning deadlines- Ensuring month end reporting deadlines were met- Monitoring and release of client subscriptions/redemptions using the client flow system- Daily cash projection calculations in order to target excess cash for investment and also to avoid any overdrafts caused by trading activity- Point person for liaison with clients, local brokers, custodian banks, consultants and third party vendors to resolve any issues- Reconciliation of cash and stock holdings/transaction to custodian bank records

- Daily reconciliation of cash for a large number of European clients- Monitoring and authorising spot and forward FX tickets to the treasury desk- Responsibility for investigating the resolving overdrafts and monitoring local currency balances- Liaison with Fund Managers to determine size of funds to be placed on deposit in the money markets
