I identify and coordinate rigid packaging solutions for popular marketplace products. Working with global brands in markets such as beverage labeling, food packaging, graphic arts, and tape manufacturing, I am the liaison between our internal manufacturing and procurement teams and your projects. My wife always jokes that I’m the glue guy, and that’s true!✅ Quick summary of how I got where I am today.I’ve always loved science. During college, I was a co-op for a local chemical company. Upon graduating, I accepted a full-time position with the company and quickly promoted. My past titles include lab tech, R&D chemist, technical service representative, staff scientist, and technical service manager. Fast forward → I knew I wanted to experience both sides of the chemical business and moved to a sales position. Combined, I have 25 years of experience: 20 years in adhesive development and 5 years in adhesive sales. My most significant achievements along the way include: → Managing over 10 distribution partners in the U.S. and Canada, while maintaining key accounts globally. → Directing a team of 14, including organizing project priority while providing R&D lab support, field trials, and analytical support. → Relocating an entire lab from one state to another, including establishing a new lab and manufacturing facility. → Gaining experience in various adhesive solutions, from specialty polymers and adhesives to laminating adhesives and coatings. ✅ The results: By partnering with me, you benefit from my combined technical and sales expertise.
