As the Executive Director of Trinity Retreat Center, it is my duty to collaborate with the Priest, Spiritual Formation to plan, develop, and execute the vision, objectives, and policies of the Center in alignment with Trinity’s mission and core values. Provide direct supervision to kitchen, housekeeping and facilities managers and staff, as well as contractors, acting as a project manager in close collaboration with Trinity’s Facilities Management staff. Oversees the center’s budgets. Oversees the look and feel of the Retreat Center’s aesthetics, including rooms, common areas, furnishings, buildings, landscaping, and gardens.The Head Chef, Head Housekeeper, General Manager, Caretaker, Farm Manager, Program Assistant and Administrative Assistant all report directly to the Executive Director.
