I am contracted by BlueHawk consulting to Microsoft to help my team cover projects related to mobile development and product key generation. My primary role is to be the only internal support to Microsoft's two Apple Developer programs and their Google Play Developer Account. In this role I have:• Developed automation to more efficiently fulfill developer requests• Developed tools to better track team metrics and audit access to our program• Resolved Developer requests related to the Apple Developer Portal or Google Play Console• Monitored and helped resolve issues relating to product key generation• Created process documentation and conducted cross training with other teams

Assistant manager in Support (02/2016-present) – One of two assistant managers on a team of 45 engineers. I was selected to run the late shift without further supervision.
