Jason possesses the characteristics I would be seeking for the cornerstone of my new firm. Jason will do well whatever is asked of him and do so with a smile on his face. He is someone who considers criticism an opportunity for growth. He is loyal to the BRAND. Because Jason can be found where he is needed, he has developed knowledge of all aspects of exhibit design: budgeting, selling, fabricating, leading, customer service, teamwork, and whatever else I am blanking on. Taylor Studios succeeds in part because the owner chose Jason as her cornerstone choice. It's a shame she would likely argue for LeBron in his prime. This was apparent in his first week on the job. We hired him as a graphic designer, but we needed someone to airbrush a 14' bass like fish that week. Jason stepped right up to the plate and did an awesome paint job. He also went to the World Fishing Center and helped install that fish. It was apparent in the first week on the job as it is today that I had hired an awesome team player. Jason did not blink an eye when we asked him to help with something completely unexpected. He did it with a smile and creativity. His problem solving skills have helped us through many dilemmas over the years. Jason has held many job titles from graphic designer, project manager, design manager and today as art director. He has helped shape Taylor Studios and is a big part of our company history and who we are today. Jason is also a good manager. People rely on him. He is the holder of company knowledge and a resource to everyone at the company. As art director he knows how to give clear, constructive and straight forward critics. This has helped improve the quality of our work year after year. He does hold people accountable, which is an important trait at TSI. Yet, deep down he is one of the most caring people I know. Jason's passion, integrity, loyalty and strategic thinking are some of the reasons I call him my right hand man. I know he's got my back and that is comforting for a CEO. I also appreciate his love of art and nature. It's what we do and his love of it shines through in our work. I am proud to have Jason on my team. We are very fortunate indeed.
