Project: GMI Conversion and IntegrationThe objective was to replace the existing back office application that existed in the Jefferies data warehouse with GMI.• Managed two teams, 2 Informatica developers and a Qlikview developer.• Developed a project plan, statement of work and budget to install GMI data into the Jefferies data warehouse for corporate users.• Led integration, normalization and design sessions of batch and intraday data processing of GMI data with data consumers.• Coordinated with business users to complete the data mapping of GMI fields to fields in the Jefferies data warehouse so that reporting for the firm was consistent for all systems. • Led the development, unit and application system testing of GMI data integration in the Jefferies data warehouse.Project: Hyperion Remediation Project.The objective of this project was to remediate the original implementation of Hyperion at Jefferies, support the existing deployment and complete development initiatives directed by the business.• Managed two teams, a Hyperion developer and a managed service support team.• Conducted an assessment of the Hyperion infrastructure and application to determine the optimal remediation strategy.• Developed a remediation plan and budget to fix the problems of the existing implementation.
