I advise clients during investigations and criminal proceedings commenced by various regulators including the Serious Fraud Office, the Financial Conduct Authority; Revenue & Customs; the Health and Safety Executive; the Competition and Markets Authority; and the Environment Agency. I also conduct internal internal investigations on behalf of my clients and advise upon any necessary disclosures. I am TLT LLP's MLRO and the Firm's FCA regulated Senior Manager in respect of AML & Risk.Previous roles include Senior HSE Prosecutor and I was for a time seconded to the HSE's Legal Advisors Office.
