As a highly experienced executive hospitality leader, I have a demonstrated record of achievement in leveraging business management, rate management, and hotel operations acumen to drive organizational structure, streamline operations, and create efficiencies that outperform growth projections and exceed guest expectations. In my current role as opening General Manager of the AC Hotel Bozeman Downtown. We are excited to bring the AC Hotel brand to Downtown Bozeman with 143 guest rooms, AC Kitchen, AC Lounge, and a very unique rooftop bar overlooking Downtown Bozeman. In my previous role as General Manager of Orange County Airport’s DoubleTree by Hilton, I have oversaw the development of a new growth-based business development strategy for the hotel, leading team building and sales expansion initiatives to grow the business while ensuring consistent, brand-aligned customer service. In addition to managing the hotel and leading its team, I also serve as the hotel’s primary liaison to the community and hotel industry, maintaining positions on several community, tourism, and marketing boards. Some notable highlights of my career achievements include: • Ensuring consistent profitability despite the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic, including generating multimillion-dollar profit in 2020, by transforming and streamlining operations across multiple lines of business.• Creating and implementing a highly successful business transient attraction strategy at DoubleTree that empowered the sales team to more quickly and efficiently secure new business.• Leading the sales team at the AC Hotel by Marriott to increase business transient sales significantly, while maintaining a high occupancy and contributing multimillion-dollar annual revenue.
