As part of Identity Customer and Partner Experience (CxP) Team, worked directly with complex organizations to ensure successful deployments of Azure Active Directory (AAD) services and incorporated their challenges into Azure AD product development decisions.• Provided deployment guidance to customers and guided successful deployments of AAD Application SSO, Provisioning, Hybrid Authentication, Identity Protection, Identity Governance, and Microsoft Graph features.• Developed and launched open-source PowerShell tools on GitHub with automated DevOps CI/CD pipelines which evolved and grew to see over 5 million downloads, increasing Azure AD feature usage and customer satisfaction by automating common configuration and troubleshooting tasks. • Contributed to Azure AD service design requirements for many features, ensuring flexibility where needed to satisfy real customer scenarios while minimizing complexity and technical debt to improve efficiency and increase adoption, for instance, convincing independent feature development teams to unify on one on-prem provisioning agent to streamline customer deployments.• Unblocked hundreds of customer app SSO integrations and achieved internal “new app integration” goals by clearly defining missing functionality, such as flexibility and transformation of claim values in addition to greater control over the authentication process such as when SSO is acceptable and allowing enforcement of specific authentication methods for regulatory and security purposes.
