Our team of doctors and trainers has expertise in performance training, injury prevention/correction and sports nutrition for youth to professional athletes. Combining performance training, sports medicine, and sport nutrition enables us to address the whole athlete and gives us a great advantage in delivering game changing results.Todays youth athlete have to keep up with academics, rigorous practice schedules, skills training, and year round seasons to compete at a high-level. As professionals in the industry, we have seen the physical and emotional impact on athletes trying to meet these demands. As a result, STARS’ method and approach to developing athletes is based on our understanding of critical success factors in the area of performance training, sports nutrition, and injury prevention/correction. The culture of STARS is rooted in passion, character and hard work.
