• Trained several full time 40-hour classes of new hires in support. Every class size ranged from 10 to 22 people, and lasted for almost 8 weeks per class.• Developed multiple, custom applications utilizing C#, .NET, JavaScript, C++, ASP.NET, MySQL, and jQuery in order to optimize efficiency of training process. • Developed a C++ .NET software system called Sage Cognition (which is a legal Sage product now) in order to automate the weekly testing process that measures the students’ performance in class. - Saved $13,000+ in printing costs and unnecessary training costs. - Saved around 240+ hours per year by eliminating the need for manual test grading. - Eventually expanded for use in all of our US and Canadian offices; roughly 500+ users. • Developed a C# .NET system that automated the entry of data from an Excel worksheet into a SAP database. - The tool “read” the Excel worksheet and automated the data entry of the web portal by hooking into system events in Windows. - This replaced manual data entry resulting in 1600+ hours saved per year. - Designed and developed a networked desktop application written in C# .NET that enhanced the classroom learning experience.
