Jason is the founder and Principal of Level Solutions Australia, a boutique project management consultancy established in 2018. Jason brings his 20+ year professional experience in highly technical, complex projects in the UK and Australia to help customers to deliver projects across the entire project lifecycle. Jason’s professional career includes leadership roles in significant infrastructure projects in a wide variety of industries including rail systems, hospitals, social infrastructure and resources. Having worked for both contractors and clients, Jason brings the unique ability to bring balance and understanding to all aspects of projects. Jason’s vision for Level Solutions is to bring a commercially focused, customer first, national advisory delivery partner to understand, reduce and manage project risks at any stage of the project lifecycle. Jason and the Level Solutions team provide innovative, collaborative and pragmatic solutions to support our customers in technically complex projects.Level Solutions Services include: Strategy and Risk management - helping our customers to define their strategic priorities, identify and understand risks, and put plans in place to reduce or eliminate them. We’ll also help our customers measure risk maturity effectively for confident reporting to the Board or shareholders.Project management - managing projects to time, budget and importantly scope to delivery quality outcomes. We aim to put in place effective project management policies, systems and tools which are right-sized for our customers and projects.
