Hello. My name is Jason Deitsch. I am responsible all aspects of the bakery section of Panera Cafes in my market, which consists of all the cafes in the state of Arkansas. This calculates out to 6 cafes, a roster of 13 Bakers, and two Training Specialists. I am responsible for the sales and growth of the bakery, people and labor management, directing a management team under me which was responsible for smaller subsections of the market, communicating and working with profit loss and gains with the cafe management teams in each cafe, directing all Training and Operating policies and procedures, implementation of Panera's goals and directives coming from the senior leadership team, and finally maintaining policies for health and environmental excellence in the cafe's. I am Serv-Safe certified and accredited.
