I am employed as Construction Manager for Shell Exploration & Production Company (SEPCO). I am a part of the Engineering & Project group. We plan and execute Brownfield projects, turnarounds, abandonment, and maintenance work.. Current job duties include:o HSE onsite to include: Lead Contractor Steering Team forum  Boost team leader (Behavior Observation Ownership Steering Team) Crew engagements Monitor leading indicators (JSEA’s, Observations, etc) Incident/accident investigations Timely documenting of incidents and follow-up actions Review and approve safe work plans which include identification of hazards, controls and mitigation of risk. Participate in HAZID’so Contracting Strategy: Contract holder for strategic contracts upwards of $300MM. Worked with Contracting & Procurement on contract renewal, business performance reviews, engagements, competencies assurance  Develop and execute contracting strategy for inspection, construction project management and direct field labor resourceso Construction Project Management: Manage planning team consisting of multiple discipline project managers dedicated to delivering planning, scheduling, and procurement Responsible for ensuring offshore inspectors meet competencies for their position. Also responsible for ensuring onshore inspectors supervising onshore spooling and light fabrication meet competencies for their position• Develop and manage asset integrated construction schedule which includes setting strategy, POB management, construction reports & progressing• Responsible for quality and timely payment of invoices• Accountable for Quality Assurance for offshore work product and for completing as built drawings and delivery back to engineering
