am currently a Senior Infrastructure Engineer experience within the IT infrastructure space mostly involved in local government authorities. I have experience in both 3rd line support, BAU and project related activities. Administrating and implementing Citrix XenApp environments, Active Directory, certificate authority's and VMware ESX farms, supporting a server estate consisting of 600+ servers and a 5000 plus user base as well as providing out of hours support. I have good comunication regualy interfaceing with clients and 3rd party vendors such as microsft and vmware. created low level designs, process documentation and implermentation guids. one of my best traits is my adaptability to learn new skills quickly with the ability to take on anything thrown at me and deliver the desired objective. I have powershell scripting abalties where I look to automate tasks, streamline work. I would say I am usually heavily relidapon and the first person called within my team when there is are high severity incidents or problems that needs diagnosing and resolving quickly to meet SLA’s to ensure service fines are not encured.
