CurrentManaging Director for JLL’s Corporate Capital Markets & Net Lease practice. As a national practice, we specialize in the single-tenant and net lease sector of the real estate industry. Our team provides focused real estate capital markets execution and advisory services including valuations and corporate finance analysis for all owners of real estate including corporations. Within single tenant assets, we serve across multiple product types (office, retail, industrial/warehouse, and specialty uses such as education and manufacturing). Our primary mission is to assist our clients in evaluating their real estate by:- providing capital markets expertise and transaction services- identifying optimal real estate capital solutions- evaluating various monetization strategies such as sale-leasebacks or partial sale-leasebacks- pursuing low cost of capital structures for corporate built-to-suits- adding value through lease accounting, tax and structured finance expertise.
