Served as the Task Force Belleau Wood Provost Sergeant and Senior Enlisted Advisor to the Provost Marshal. Responsible for the daily operations of all Military Police, Civilian AMK-9, and MWD teams assigned to Camp Leatherneck. Supervised all Law Enforcement Operations aboard the installation to include the professional development of Jordanian and Georgian Military Police in an effort to provide the Commanding General with multiple operational policing units for employment throughout the area of operations. Supervised the daily completion of Incident Complaint Reports, Blotter submissions and traffic accident investigations. Coordinated all medical, logistical, administrative and training support for the members assigned to the Provost Marshal's Office. Planned and executed protective service operations in support of the Commanding General, Regional Command South West, as well as VIP's consisting of foreign heads of state, members of the United States Congress, Ambassadors, UK Parliament, as well as music, sports and Hollywood personalities. Responsible for delivering mandated Force Protection and Security effects to protect personnel, mission critical assets and infrastructure.

Camp Leatherneck Afghanistan

Served as the Senior Enlisted Advisor to the Director and Deputy Director of the Regional Command (South West) C-IED Section. Provided oversight on readiness and capabilities of all Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) teams from the Afghan National Army and Afghan National Police within Regional Command South West. Directly Responsible for accomplishing all ISAF Joint Command EOD assessments of potential recruits to the challenging EOD Course held in Mazar Sharif, Afghanistan. Directly responsible for the training, manning, equipping and validation of 37 Afghan EOD teams throughout Helmand Province. Responsible for the fielding and distribution plans of all EOD mission capable equipment assigned to Afghan National Security Forces within RCSW. Coordinated and ensured all CIED courses of instruction covering the employment of EOD equipment, Explosive Hazardous Reduction techniques and Train the Trainer courses were taught in accordance with local and DoD Standard Operating Procedures. Personally mentored members of the 215 Corps, Afghan National Army, on live explosive demolitions training, tactics, techniques and procedures.

1St Marine Division / Afghanistan

As a Company Gunnery Sergeant, I am responsible for providing a 200 Marine Military Police Field Company with logistical, medical, and administrative support. I procured training equipment, ammunition, personnel and missional essential gear as required for training and use during combat deployment. Directly responsible for planning, coordinating and supervising the embarkation, deployment and re-deployment of equipment and personnel. Supervised an account consisting of over $5 million dollars in weapons, vehicles, and equipment; ensuring its accountability quarterly. As a Platoon Sergeant, I prepared my Platoon for and executed combat operations in Now Zad City, Helmand Province, Afghanistan. Taught and led small unit tactics in the class room and in the field environments. Training encompassed operations orders, warning orders, patrolling, ambush patrols, surveillance techniques, tactical and sensitive site exploitation, evidence processing, and Close Quarters Battle (CQB). I implemented marksmanship training, utilizing night and day time equipment for long guns, hand guns, shotguns, medium and heavy machineguns and acted as the Range Safety Officer.

Quantico Virginia

I advised the Commanding Officer on all enlisted matters. Ensure the welfare, personal readiness and professional development of 145 Marines assigned to the Company. Track, maintain records and advise the Commander on all legal matters. Screen all personnel for special duty assignments, overseas assignments and resident Professional Military Education (PME). Ensure the daily personal accountability of all Marines, Soldiers, Sailors and Airmen assigned to the unit. Directly responsible for the moral, physical fitness and professionalism of everyone assigned to the Company.

Quantico Virginia

Conducted felony level criminal investigations, crime scene examinations, collect physical and testimonial evidence, conduct interviews and interrogations and testify in judicial proceedings. Coordinated weekly with U.S. Attorneys and local district attorneys to prepare for trial. Planned and participated monthly in covert narcotics, weapons and surveillance operations and investigations. Participated in numerous protective services operations, providing close-in personal security of diplomatic officials. Frequently collected criminal intelligence, utilizing and recruiting registered sources during covert narcotics and weapons investigations. While in Iraq, was assigned as the lead interrogator to the Joint Prosecution and Exploitation Cell specifically tasked with interrogating High Value Targets, obtain written and oral statements, as well as actionable intelligence in order to prepare future operations. Testified at the Central Criminal Courts of Iraq on several occasions in an effort to secure life and or death sentences for multiple HVIs.
