• Reporting to the Pacific Operations Manager, I managed a team of software engineers and testers. • Responsible for managing utilization, recruitment, on-boarding, performance reviews, compensation planning and expense approvals in adherence with company processes.• Responsible for various Honeywell business systems including global DMS (Document Management System), SIOP (Sales Inventory Operations Planning) system, QMS (Quality Management System) and Inventory Control System.• Responsible for the global rollout of the Pacific SIOP system allowing senior management to more effectively resource worldwide current and future workload.• Responsible for resourcing, project management and technical leadership of various custom development projects for customers including ConocoPhillips, Woodside, Origin Energy, PNG LNG and others.• Responsible for a lab environment of virtual (VMWare) servers for development and testing.

• Took on the complete development (C#, SQL Server, Infragistics, Syncfusion) and support responsibility for an LNG Supply Chain Management System (Capacity & Distribution Planner) and facilitated its transition from the development centre in Norway to Perth. This involved 5 months working in Oslo, Norway, completing technical documentation and training other support and development personnel.• Facilitated the productization of Capacity & Distribution Planner (CDP) including 2 weeks in Bangalore, India training the product support team.• Supported customers including ConocoPhillips, Freeport LNG, Gasco, Phoenix Park, QatarGas and RasGas including project and client meetings in Norway, Germany and Qatar.• Development of a 3-tier web based Resource Management Application (PSRP) in ASP.NET (C#) using ADO.NET, MS Application Blocks and stored procedures to interface with a SQL Server database.• Development of a web based project management tool (Imperium) that provides document management and project process workflow functionality. Written in ASP.NET (C#) using a generic framework interfacing to an Entity Attribute Value database.

• Development of Windows applications for survey data acquisition and processing using C#, C++ and SQL Server.• Involved in all aspects of the software development lifecycle.• Responsible for a suite of software applications including ROV eventing (Starfix.Event), logging (Starfix.ODBCLog), data processing (Starfix.Edit), charting (Starfix.Chart) and reporting (Starfix.DataIO).• Conducted a two week training course for the development centre in the UK allowing them to support and develop the aforementioned systems. This training also included guidance on company procedures and the Quality Management System.

• Development of a Reporting system (Starfix.DataIO), supporting plug-ins for each client report format, in C#, ADO.NET and SQL Server.• Worked at the development centre in Perth, Australia on a data transfer system written in C++ and COM.• Mentoring and guidance of junior software engineers in development techniques and QA procedures.• Software QA representative for Fugro Survey Ltd, involved in group discussions on the Quality Management System, involvement in external audits and ensuring procedures were adhered to.• Chosen as the Fugro Survey Ltd representative for the Fugro developers meeting in Houston, USA.• Support of software used in both onshore and offshore environments including several trips to Norway, France, U.S.A, and the North Sea.

• Software development for data acquisition and processing while conforming to the company’s ISO 9001 TickIT approved QA system.• Development of vessel and ROV equipment device drivers written in C++ and interfacing to RS-232.• Development of an ROV eventing application (Starfix.Event) in C++, MFC and SQL Server • Development of a simulator (Starfix.SimNav) for vessel and ROV equipment including GPS position (Geog or Grid), heading, pitch, roll, heave and USBL written in C++ and MFC.• Worked at the development centre in Lafayette, USA on a GPS coordinate distance calculator to be incorporated into a graphic positioning and navigation system.• Chosen as the Fugro-UDI Ltd representative for the Fugro developers meeting in Lafayette, USA.• Support of software used in both onshore and offshore environments including several trips to Norway and the North Sea.
